Roger is our Senior Pastor. He began attending FBC in August 1984 as an associate pastor and became Senior Pastor in November 1990.
Associate Worship Pastor
Phil began attending FBC in 1974. Phil works directly with our Worship Ministries in planning and leading worship as well as playing in our orchestra. Phil is a Pastor-in-training turned Pastor and a Bible scholar.
A graduate of Phoenix Seminary, Terry serves as a full time hospital Chaplain where he cares for the spiritual needs of people.
Pastor Chris oversees the FBC campus/facilities and manages the cleaning/maintenance teams as well as being a part of the sermon rotation team for our Intersect and 6pm services.
Fred and his wife, Joy, began attending FBC in 1986. Born in Chicago, Illinois, some of Fred’s interests include old cars, especially from the 1950’s and miniature trains. Fred is a mentor to Pastor Roger and a Godly teacher of the Word.
Jeff Savage loves to fish, just ask him. Fishing for souls for Jesus is his passion plus catching a few bass along the way. As Outreach Director to young families Jeff uses sports, meals, smiles and inspiration to connect people to God.
As a past public school elementary teacher Sharmon enjoys helping kids and their parents in Kid City discover the wonder of God.
Junior High and Senior High Pastor
Serves as the Junior High and High School student pastor, leading, teaching and helping both students and parents. He also is the worship leader for the Intersect and 11am services.
Senior Worship Pastor
Serves as FBC’s Senior Worship Pastor overseeing all worship ministries including choir, orchestra, praise bands, drama and student choirs.

Anthony Whitlatch preaches upstairs in the 9:30am Contemporary Intersect worship service.
Women's Ministries Director
As a former educator at Rio Salado College, Mindelle has a passion for teaching every age and strives to bring out the unique gifts and talents of her students.
